  1. RECEIVE AND ACCEPT APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE

  2. RECEIVE ANY DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

  3. ACCEPT RESIGNATION OF CHAIRMAN AND VOTE IN NEW CHAIRMAN– Following the resignation of Ian Hindler.

  4. APPROVE MINUTES FROM LAST MEETING – Minutes from the meeting 26th July

  5. RECEIVE WARD COUNCILORS REPORT

  6. RECEIVE PCSO REPORT

  7. REVIEW ACTION LOG – this has been made available to all councilors before the meeting.

  8. CLERKS REPORT

    • Letters to residents with overhanging/untidy hedging.

    • Noticeboards for Perry Lane and Barwoods estate.

  9. VILLAGE CARETAKER REPORT

  10. PROJECT GROUP UPDATES – Discuss the opportunity to form smaller committees to focus on specific projects either short-term working groups or longer-term Subcommittees for the below areas and any others.

    • PAVILION – Willow tree needs some work, New bins needed, signs for MUGA area, fencing, floodlighting of the area.

    • MUGA – A mistake by the contractors means that the fencing is not quite complete.

    • SHOP – Discuss the options available and the response from our legal representation.

    • BARNCo – As above

    • LANDSCAPING – Bushes down the side of Pavilion car park & corner of Crofts end need to be kept in check.

    • BIODIVERSITY – Stonepits, Gods Acre.

    • DRAINAGE – Councillor Mears will present information.

    • HIGHWAYS – Councillor Shires will provide an update regarding Village signs and speed limits, The Clerk will read out a short statement received from a group of Parishioners.

  11. FINANCE

    • REVIEW MONTHLY BALANCES

    • APPROVE INVOICES FOR PAYMENT

  12. PLANNING APPLICATIONS –

  13. CONSIDER CORRESPONDENCE AND NEW CONSULTATIONS

  14. EXTERNAL MEETINGS – Meeting with PCSO

  15. COUNCILLORS ITEMS – Formation of Staff and Pay Committee.

  16. RECEIVE PUBLIC COMMENT

  17. DATE OF NEXT MEETING – 5th October.
